My favorite part about summer is getting to be outside basically all the time... my least favorite is when you feel like you can't get cool at all! That's what the beginning of our trip was like to Oregon. We started off at 96 degrees outside of Eugene at Cascara State Park... it was SO dry there that the lake we were supposed to be staying on wasn't quite there. It was about 1/2 mile or so away! But as we made our way to the coast it became much more bearable at a yummy 65 degrees in Coos Bay. These are just a couple photos from that trip- and some of the unfortunate surprises that come with road tripping. |
